On the Record (OTR) is excited to announce the launch of our Digital Court Reporting Sponsorship Program, offered in partnership with BlueLedge, an AAERT-approved training center. This unique program is designed to financially support motivated individuals interested in pursuing training and certification as professional court reporters.

What the Program Provides

• Full tuition sponsorship for the Digital Court Reporting and Legal Transcriptionist program through BlueLedge.

• Mentoring, guidance, and real-world support from experienced OTR professionals during your training.

• Paid trial assignments upon program completion, with continued mentoring until you are fully confident working independently.

Our Commitment to You

Unlike other court reporting firms, OTR does not require exclusivity. Participation in this program does not bind you solely to OTR. Our goal is to invest in your future, help you enter the profession, and give you the flexibility to pursue opportunities both with OTR and beyond.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and listening skills

• Interest in pursuing a career in court reporting

• Ability to commit to training and mentoring while enrolled in the program

• Prior transcription or legal experience is a plus but not required
