Join Our Digital Reporter Network — Depositions by Filevine
We're building a network of commissioned notaries public to support remote legal proceedings as Digital Reporters. This is a flexible 1099 independent contractor role — work remotely, set your own hours, and earn on your schedule.
Digital Reporters manage Zoom sessions, assist participants with basic technical issues, and help ensure accurate transcript capture.
Note: This posting is for notaries residing in Tennessee only. What You'll Do
- Facilitate Zoom depositions with professionalism and composure
- Troubleshoot basic tech issues (audio, screen sharing) for attendees
- Administer oaths and manage on/off-the-record moments
- Follow procedural scripts to keep proceedings consistent and accurate
- Maintain confidentiality throughout each session
Requirements
- Active Notary Public license in Tennessee
- Must be physically located in Tennessee while performing notarial acts
- Strong internet connection and quiet, professional workspace
- Video-enabled computer
- Available during standard business hours (M–F, 9 AM–5 PM local)
- Comfortable with Zoom or similar video conferencing tools
