Ken Cook is a Digital Court Recording and Court Processes Consultant with over 25 years of experience managing transitions to new technology within judicial systems. His career is distinguished by a focus on developing strong, long-term customer relationships, built on trust and a commitment to the customer’s objectives.  

Cook's approach is characterized by a comprehensive skill set that includes a deep understanding of current business processes, technical and operational training, technical awareness, and problem-solving. He is dedicated to ensuring customer success through various means, such as conducting needs assessments, delivering presentations on product capabilities, establishing supportive business processes for organizations and court systems, serving as a liaison across departments, and providing customized training and materials for organizations, partners, internal programs, and the legal profession.
