ABOUT THIS WEBINAR
Join BlueLedge for the webinar our audience keeps coming back for. Every year, this session tackles the toughest, murkiest situations court reporters and legal transcriptionists run into on the job, and this year, we're putting it on the docket.
You'll hear real, challenging cases pulled from the field and from attendees like you. Before our panel weighs in, you're invited to cast your own quick verdict live in the chat. Then our experts reveal how they'd actually rule, and why even seasoned professionals don't always agree.

HOW IT WORKS:
You Be the Judge: For each case, type your verdict in the chat, GUILTY, NOT GUILTY, or JURY'S STILL OUT, before the panel responds. Playing along is entirely optional, feel free to just sit back and watch the verdicts roll in.
Real Docket: Cases are grouped into themed segments, each covering a different corner of the job where the lines get blurry, including one built just for our transcription audience.
Closing Arguments: We wrap with a fast-paced rapid-fire round, quick cases, snap verdicts, no time to overthink it.
Submit Your Case: Have a real dilemma of your own? Submit it when you register and we'll pull select cases to feature live on the docket.
THE DOCKET:
- Segment I: The Record
Cases on documentation, exhibits, and what belongs (or doesn't) in the official record. - Segment II: The People in the Room
Cases on the human side of the job, difficult parties, and working alongside other professionals. - Segment III: The Grey Line
Cases where ethics, confidentiality, and professional boundaries get tested. - Segment IV: Put in Writing
A shorter segment built specifically for our legal transcriptionists in the audience, cases on turning the spoken record into the written one. - Closing Arguments
A rapid-fire round of quick cases. Fast verdicts, gut reactions, no deep dive. - Wrap-Up
Final takeaways and how to stay connected.
